Pro (coming soon)
Last updated 2026-10-16
The converter on this site is free and keeps working as it does today. We are considering a paid option for people who convert many statements, such as bookkeepers and accountants. It does not exist yet. If it sounds useful, leave your email below and we will write to you once, when it opens.
What stays free
- Converting one statement PDF to Excel, CSV or OFX, with the running-balance check and editing of every cell.
- Staying in your browser: the free converter never uploads your file.
What Pro would add
- Several statements at once, for example twelve months merged into one table, still processed in your browser.
- A reconciliation report you can keep or hand to a client: opening and closing balance, totals and every place that failed the check, as a PDF or Excel file.
- QuickBooks (QBO) files, switched on only after they have been tested in a QuickBooks sandbox.
- Saved column layouts for statements that need the manual column marking. A layout would hold only where the columns are, never any transaction or any part of a statement.
Pricing will be announced at launch. We will not take payment before it works, and we will build it only if enough people ask for it. Pro would not change the privacy rule: your statements are never uploaded.
Thank you — you're on the list. We'll send one email to that address when Pro or the API opens. Every free tool keeps working as it does today.
Your address is used only for that one message and to count interest; see the privacy policy.
