Please do not send statements

Do not attach a bank or credit card statement, and do not paste account numbers or transactions into an email. The point of this site is that your statement never leaves your device, and we would rather not receive one. If a statement converts wrongly, describe it instead.

What to write to us about

• A layout that converts wrongly. Tell us the order of the columns (for example “Date, Description, Withdrawals, Deposits, Balance”), how dates and negative amounts are written, whether a balance is printed on every row, and what went wrong. Invented example rows in the same layout help most. The page’s own “Mark the columns by hand” panel is often the quickest fix.
• A feature you would like to see, such as scanned statements, several files at once or another file format.
• A licence or attribution question about anything on the credits page.
• A privacy request (see the privacy policy).
